Doctors in Idaho were medivacing women in these situations out of state because the laws didn’t allow them to legally treat them. Idaho challenged the EMTALA and it went to the Supreme Court. That’s all just “liberal melodrama”?

This thread is about the Trump administration taking down Biden era guidance. Keep up with the thread. Your post has zero to do with the issue we are talking about, which is that EMTALA is still the law of the land regardless of guidance hospitals were given about stabilization of pregnant women in ERs.
