Trying this board for more opinions- slow betas

Anonymous
I agree with the poster who said that most clinics don't do that many betas so it might be hard to find someone who has been there/done that. I have heard that once the betas get high - they don't double as quickly as when they are low (I thought when the beta reached around 1,000). I think your numbers look great - even better that you saw a sac and am sure you'll see a heartbeat at your next u/s.

They saw a yolk sac today...and a bleeding next to the sac. Another missed mc. So that means I will spen my 30th bday having a d&c for my 3r mc in a row

This is just horrible....my thoughts and prayers are with you. Do the Dr.'s have any idea what is happening?

No idea what is happening. Last one was a normal male. I tested of for clotting issues and fragile x. I am compound hetero Mhtfr but they said it shouldn't cause them. They still put me on Folgard for that. And prenatals, estrogen, progesterone since ovulation, baby aspirin and lovenox when I got my positive.
This is a nightmare

I can't imagine...no matter how many, it never is easy. I am so sorry.

Has your husband been tested?

So sorry to hear about your loss.

Don't be a mess...especially if your doctor isn't showing cause for concern.

Betas only double the first few draws and then it slows. Why are they running so many betas?

I'm so sorry for posting this. I hadn't read all the way down.

I'm so very sorry and I hope my post didn't add any stress to you.
