Are the previous two posters at the school or have direct experience with it that would suggest it will not be a strong school in seven years?

Which school? Through have been discussed here. Francis EC’s middle school? Or Hyde Addison or Ross elementary?

In my opinion all will be fine in seven years.

Change happens extremely slowly in DCPS. So while 7 years may seem like a lot, there will probably be little difference in a school between now and then.

Hardy felt like it took about 7 years to completely change. looks like MacArthur will be a bit faster (due to the quick phase out of grandfathering).
