This is stupid because a lot of those schools have a lot of renters and a lot of those schools have a large population of families who send their children to private schools.

This is stupid. We go to one of the $1Million+ schools and live in a townhouse. Our townhouse community sends two very full school busses full of kids to that school and sell for anywhere between $500K - $700K and you are not counting us. There are also several apartment complexes that send kids to that school.
