I get my personalized workouts from Sohee Lee. She makes changes based on my feedback every few months. It’s all online.

I love not having to think about it. Sure I could plan workouts, I have the knowledge, but I don’t have the bandwidth. I also find that when I plan my own workouts I pick the moves I like best over what my body is weaker at. Highly recommend especially for someone who has worked with a trainer and has form down but wants a program handed to them each month.

App is web based so not in Apple Store. :

There are also a lot of trainers with programs they sell online.

Thanks! This is what I’m looking for - a way to find a program that will vary my training. The trainer has been progressing me as I get stronger, but I don’t have the knowledge to do this on my own yet.

Yes you do. It’s not actually rocket science.

Maybe it is not rocket science but you definitely need to know how to create a balanced routine with the appropriate volume, intensity, frequency and progression. I am in many fitness groups and usually when people post programs they came up with themselves, they are terrible. If you know nothing about programing, ChatGPT is actually not a bad idea. If you don’t mind paying a few bucks there are many decent programs available. Jeff Nippard for example has solid programs, which are well explained and provide form tips and exercise substitutions if you do not have the equipment.
