Sounds like you have eater's remorse over the junk food, so quit buying it and you won't be tempted.

Hangry is in the dictionary, but even if it wasn't, it's still a common term. She didn't make a spelling error.

Never heard of it. Not in my dictionary. But Hungary the country is there.

You sounds like an idiot. She used common slang. You are using emojis like a fool.

OP, chug some water and white knuckle the craving for junk. You can make it to 5:30 without a snack, you are just conditioned to the idea of an ‘after school snack.’ Most of us work until 5 and then do dinner, we don’t all take a snack break at 3:30, even with an early lunch.

I got your number now and see what you are.

10am isn't even an early lunch. It's a late breakfast. I'd be starving by the same time myself.

It is delicious. Does not spike my blood sugar. Give me tons of protein, probiotics and minerals. Very filling and keeps me sustained for long. And it satisfies my sweet tooth too.

Home made nut powder -
Roast and grind very coarsely - almonds, walnuts, cashews, pistachio, flaxseed, chia seed, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seed, melon seed, lotus seed and gum arabic. Store in a mason jar. Use in 7 days.

Chia-strawberry Jam -
Heat strawberries (or any fruit) in a pan until it cooks and becomes mushy. Add some chia seeds, a sqeeze of lemon juice. I don't add any sweetener, but you can. Stays in fridge for a week.

Later on, someone is gonna sell me this stuff for $36/jar lol

I would treat the 10am lunch period as a snack and have a greek yogurt cup with berries, or cottage cheese cup with cucumbers/tomatoes, or a hummus cup with carrots. Then at 3:30 I’d have a turkey or tuna sandwich on Dave’s bread. I don’t eat dinner until around 7:30pm, though.

Cherry tomatoes and a scoop of burrata filing with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. So good!

I would also suggest you make sure you are having enough protein at breakfast and lunch. That will keep you full for longer.

+1 I eat breakfast and lunch at traditional times and still have a snack at 3 pm. I always have an apple and alternate between a serving of dry shredded wheat cereal, nut mix, or protein drink.

Yogurt or protein bar. Apples work too…. Something about crunching on a whole one, not sliced.
