Ours hasn’t either. DS accepted his spot after the initial roster was set so maybe he was missed. I’ll have to call tomorrow. |
I’m on the capelli store but it’s asking for a password Where do I get that |
The poor quality of the training tops are the big issue for me
Training gear gets washed quite a lot. The threads and loose seams start appearing quickly |
From your club. It's typically very each to guess - club catch phrase or byline. |
You can't just go ahead and order bc you need the password and be assigned a jersey number |
Of course I finally got the password from club but they haven't assigned teams or jersey numbers yet so wth is the point |
Club still use Capelli? |
Definitely try on samples at your club if offered. You can't trust the measurements on their website.
Capelli sizing and fit varies considerably between individual products. Your DC might be a L for their Home kit and a M for their Away kit. Both will look like the same size when they wear them. |
Sizing is the least of your worries with Capelli |
Yeah, which clubs went to Capelli? Feel bad for them... |
Is there any way to check your order status online? |
This isn’t hard. Just compare the dimensions between the brand you’re used to and Capelli.
Their customer service team is helpful and in my case actually measured and took photos and sent them to me just so we could compare and be sure for our club. Caveat, Capelli is sooooo slow at production and delivery. |
Helpful and customer service are not words often associated with Capelli. Their trick this year is shipping jerseys without patches and telling you that it's your responsibility to add them later. |
We call it Crapelli in our house. Bad quality, terrible website, non/existent customer service and unacceptable lead times.
Their sizing charts are a joke. Try on if you can. |
They sent your jersey and patches separately and you had to ??? iron them on? yourself? |
