I can't speak for the coaches because I can only speak for my children's coaches. I can tell you that the problems at this club are basically the same as any other club. I will say Valor made the bizarre move of announcing that they are hiring new coaches in the middle of tryouts as well as only publicizing "lead coaches" of each age group. Not a good look indeed.

The people we know that do Valor seem pleased with it. We also were offered a spot and are going to go to a practice next week but are unlikely to take it.

Who? Valor? No way! They are a low level club. Almost all of their teams are NCSL, and the lower divisions of NCSL. Their top teams usually struggle in ECNL-RL.

no program is trash. Very rare to hear anyone praise valor once they play there. Except for a certain mom who keeps embarrassing herself.
