He’s such an idiot. If Walmart actually eats the tariffs (it won’t), it would work against his claimed goal of bringing manufacturing to the US. The whole theory is that by raising the price of foreign goods, domestic goods become more attractive.

Don't try to equate Biden and Trump to Obama. That's an insult to Obama and all legitimate presidents who came before him.

Walmart is a publicly traded company that has a fiduciary duty to act in the best interests of the company and its shareholders. Shareholders can and will sue if the directors are derelict in their duties. Eating tariffs is not in the best interest of Walmart.
