Fairfax County - a sanctuary jurisdiction

Fairfax is asking them to jump through unnecessary hoops to protect criminals. There are plenty of states and probably VA jurisdictions that don't need the extra paperwork and it's perfectly legal.

This guy was arrested 30 times!!!!
I have to wonder what the FCPD thinks about this. And, how many other illegal aliens are being arrested multiple times.
When a cop makes an arrest, it takes quite a bit of time and effort to write up the report. I am betting the police are sick of having to deal with this.

1. Detain
2. Deport

I’m sure FCPD is pissed that ICE can’t do the work and get a judicial warrant. I know I am. The county tells ICE the person is in custody but ICE drops the ball.

I just learned today that Fairfax County is adjacent to the border of the United States and also has diplomatic relations with foreign countries to facilitate a deportation. Good to know!
