Why did ICE not do the bare minimum work 15 times (ie, get a judicial warrant)? It’s almost as if ICE is a politically motivated agency filled with a bunch of Big Government agents. [/quote] Fairfax is asking them to jump through unnecessary hoops to protect criminals. There are plenty of states and probably VA jurisdictions that don't need the extra paperwork and it's perfectly legal. [/quote]
