How did I do today?

Today was a better day. The chicken nuggets were a fundraiser dinner at my kids’ school. They served chicken and waffles. I traded my waffle for an extra chicken nugget.

Blood glucose was 40 points lower this morning than it was a few days ago.

Friday, May 16
- Blood glucose 156 at 3:45 am
- Coffee 4:05 am
- Coffee with collagen peptides 5:45 am
- 1 HB egg at 9:30 am
- 3 cups veggies (broccoli, carrots, red pepper) and 3 chicken fingers
- 12 shrimp at 4:15 pm
- 4 chicken nuggets, 5 strawberries, 1/2 brownie at 5:45 pm
- Blood glucose 203 at 7:30 pm
- 3 thin slices of ham at 8 pm

I eat 3 cups of vegetables per meal.
