| Moby Dick is the way to go here. They will give a massive salad and a vat of rice. |
I just priced this out. It's $1675 for 80 not including tip, tax or delivery. |
| Wegman's has pulled bbq for $62 per pan. |
They also have chicken cutlets and pasta pans. This will be much more affordable than Maggiano's but not as good. |
| You could probably do chick fil a. |
| I'm a cheapskate DIY'er, so I'd just make pulled pork, cole slaw, buns, mac & cheese (this I would order because I am terrible at it) and a dessert from costco and some lemonade, iced tea and water. I feed our sports league of 100+, plus parents, for under $300 every year. And pulled pork is so easy. |
Pulled pork is easy — and delicious. But a lot of people don’t eat pork for religious and other reasons. Do you get extra Mac and cheese and Cole slaw — or is this not an issue for the kids in your league? |

One thing to consider is the speed/cleanup. Anything with salad/rice/wraps is going to take a while to get 80 kids through the line and you'll have lettuce and rice all over the floor and tables. Something they just pick up like pre-made wraps will take far less time and be much neater. If either of those is a factor.

We did this for 20 HS girls on a recent soccer trip and it was a hit--the trays of mac and cheese went a lot farther than we expected. We ended up having an entire extra tray that we gave to the guy at the front desk of our hotel to take home for his kids. |
+1 I looked into them for a much smaller family party. They are $$. |
I never thought of that, and it's not been an issue for our league. But I also "catered" my brother's wedding like mentioned above and did pulled jackfruit for the vegetarian option. (My daughter is a vegan and helped prepare a couple other dishes as well. Oddly, the non-vegetarian dishes were frequently chosen even by meat eaters.) |
| Ledos has pasta options. Price those out. The Peruvian chicken can be cheap, but then what to do for vegetarians. |

I just did a work event with Chipotle and it was the most reasonable priced item with flexibility for different needs.
