| It’s under contract so the price must have been reasonable after all. |
| I actually like the entryway and front hall! The curvature at the top of the stair landing is nice as well. But basically everything else just blah |
Or it went under contract for less. |
| I drive by this house almost every day and it has been on and off market for years, at seemingly random price points. I'll be shocked if it sells for over $3M. It's right on Kirby and not a good location. |
| Grotesque! A big ugly home surrounded by asphalt. The interior finishings look cheap and that arched ceiling is awful. |
|
This house has been on and off the market for at least 5 years. The owner is the agent and when he gets bored he seems to pick a number out of a hat and lists at that price. I think he may have also built the house, so probably thinks it is amazing.
More than likely it is flooding today with all this rain. |
| It's dated and not very nicely finished for that price. |
| Yeah, I cannot understand this one. Maybe it’s for someone who wants to build another home on the lot? It’s a double size lot in an area where homes haven’t been in this price range, so it’s weird too. Could it be developer trying to put townhomes and cash out, it likely went for a lot less. |
Wouldn’t all the rain drain into the creek? |
