It was listed for $4 +/- last year. It will probably sell for around that. My guess is he listed it for $10 to get a different set of eyeballs on it.
But who knows, a lot of unusual things going on with real estate these days. |

| I’d say $3.5 max, mostly based on proximity to GW Parkway. If it were in Vienna I’d say 2 M. Nothing special besides a typical McMansion. |

I didn’t even click on the link. Built in 2007 is enough to know it’s bad.
If it was built 1907, it may be worth 10 million if it had mature gardens and was not renovated other than wiring and plumbing. |
