Dress me for a long haul flight!

Just the most comfy pants you have, plus tshirt and cardigan. Wear compression socks.

Joggers or leggings so no dragging on bathroom floor. Long tshirt (not cropped) to keep your midriff covered. And cardigan or sweatshirt.

Compression socks are good as well.

And note that Asian airlines keep the planes HOT. I wish I could get chilly on one!

I always fly class and just change into lounge wear in the bathroom. We do REALLY long haul flights (think Singapore/Australia) and always shower on board before landing too.

Because this is exactly what OP was asking. Extremely helpful.

Weird. I just shower in the lounge when we arrive. Changi is a great airport btw.

Fly United. I swear I almost get hypothermia every time I fly to Tokyo.

You're flying to/from the UAE since only Emirates and Etihad offer in flight showers, and then only on the A380. Doesn't really help if you're flying in the other direction.

Not everyone is paying $10k for their tickets, either.

This was actually the poster that I meant to love.

I love her too. I would never wear a dress on a flight. Or any shoe without socks. And I would never try to change in the airplane bathroom. WTF those are small and filthy. Even in first! I never even change into their stupid pajamas. So this poster has it right.

No bra. If at all possible. An airy scarf in front if you want some coverage. Most of the time, no one will be noticing.

Being that my boobs would be banging against my knees without a bra, I assure you that everyone and their mother would be noticing.

In my next life I want to be fit enough to wear leggings as pants on a plane. Or have the confidence that so many others have to wear leggings wherever they want.

In this life, I have to wear compression stockings (the full length ones) so I choose a baggy bottom, like khakis or linen trousers with something trimmer up top, like a merino T under a jersey one.

Merrill Mary Jane’s or hiking shoes (wearing rather than carrying my biggest shoes).

At least I have never been troubled by the paparazzi upon arrival.

I travel in a Quince brushed lounge tee and matching joggers. With jewelry and a stylish sandal you can look sophisticated. With a jacket or cardigan it’s warm for a chilly flight. It’s also an outfit that’s like $60 all in.
