I hope he is OK but it sounds like he's not. Strokes are life altering and can be personality altering or lead to disability - including cognitive.

I think it's good for all, including him, that this came out. His close friends & fam need to give him tough love. If the stroke significantly impaired his brain and cognitive functioning, he may not be able to realize how much he has deteriorated and how much he is now impaired.

It's amazing that the MAGA talking point on Fetterman is "brain damage does not affect anyone's fitness to lead". They really believe that the ability to think is not important for serving in Congress!
