I'm pretty sure that's how they do it at Point Chaud. Everyone goes there for the crepes, but I love their crispy crunchy gooey frangipan-filled almond croissant. They sell out early so try to go in the morning. |

I only have a little spill out, and that's my treat since I'm the one making them. I love that part of the process, especially with a hot cup of coffee. |
