What percentage of the opposite sex do you think are objectively attractive?

Fewer and fewer of the ladies in my age range. They all rushed to get on ozempic to lose the few extra pounds. Unfortunately it consumes muscle as much as fat it seems. Butts looking like a couple of deflated balloons at the pool lol

Man answering this. Obviously, depends on age.

Women in their early 20s, I'd say 60-70% are attractive.

Mid 20s-late 30s, 30-40%.

Late 30s to late 40s 20%

50+ 10-15%.

That is on superficial looks. Someone can become attractive by more than looks.

I think men also peak around early 30s and go down dramatically too, in case you think I am sexist

Guy here. I’ve never thought of it in terms of percentage. I suspect it’s pretty low. My wife is my ideal - she’s a lifelong fitness person. She enjoys how being fit makes her feel. We’re in alignment there as I take good care of myself and am mostly attracted to people who do the same. I guess you could say I’m definitely a “body” person.

I see attractive women regularly but it’s not like I pay enough attention to keep count and have a sense of what percentage are attractive.

Between botox face and ozempic @ss it turns out there really is no free lunch. It's almost like eating well and exercising are necessary for human flourishing. But that sounds so crazy.

I am in my 40s. I think men can be attractive people to talk to or be friends with, mostly due to personality, humor, style. I’d put that at maybe 20-30%. The percentage that I would want to kiss or sleep with would drop to maybe 5-10%.

I’m female. I think 5% of women are attractive and like 1% of men. Men seem to think it’s okay to let themselves go even more than women. (And then they complain DW doesn’t want intimacy. Go figure.)

But I suspect that the rare older man that I see as attractive is likely younger than me. 😞
