Do you think there will be another revolution in the US similar to the French Revolution?

This regime seems to be pretty good at destruction all by itself. It doesn't need any help from a French revolution.

It’s the only stable asset class right now.

I was just going to say this plus they're out of shape.

I’ve been thinking a lot about this in light of the 250th anniversary of Lexington. The list of grievances against King George III is eerily similar to what we’re experience under our current leader. What will be our uprising against the king? Who will step forward and stand up to him? I’m not advocating for a militia but I’m not sure marching in the streets will get us anywhere. I’m worried we are headed toward a civil war type outcome because eventually people will be pushed to the edge whether it’s financially or mentally. Cracks are starting to form maybe not with MAGAs but people are being/will be disenfranchised by him and soon enough they will have enough of it.

Nah. You wrong about that. No such thing happened

One if by land, two if by sea.

This regime is imploding all by itself. just stay the heck out of the way and let it eat itself.

Only if Trump makes us all so poor we’re eating crepes three meals a day. Or if there’s a Trump-like push against the 2nd from the left. Remember at the 250th what set off the colonists in Massachusetts.

I don’t think the republican party will let it come to that. Not because their integrity will get the better of them, obviously. But because they are not going to trust Trump to lead them through a civil war. It would be disastrous for them.

I actually think that what would really scare them is if the left really started exercising our 2A rights.

Your faith is great. I think they are cowards and care for nothing but the fear of losing their golden congressional seat. Grassley, old as methuselah, and is a mule for Trump. Murkowski, who I admired for her independence admitting she and many Republican politicians are afraid of Trump and his possible retaliation. You can’t assume they will do the right thing. They are cowards and not in it for the United States, and definitely not the people.

I don't want to live in a country run by Trump and his corrupt regime supported by idiot maggots. I love America, and it kills me that it's being destroyed.

I can’t imagine. We (dems) don’t even have guns.

We have guns, but we don’t make our whole personality about gun ownership.

I don't romanticize revolutions, hoping for things to improve without the need for one.

I think a civil war is more likely.

That’s my point. They won’t come around because of it being the right thing to do. But I do NOT they will trust Trump to lead them through a civil war. They know he is not capable, and they would lose.
