Seems suss that the suspect was a white male wearing a medical mask. I'm having trouble picturing the scenario. Not the way crime happens in DC, imho.

Wallet taken by adjacent dinner, phone snatched on street, purse taken from car -- all those I get. But a man taking a woman's bag with SS around? And who wears a mask these days? It almost attracts attention.

The Capitol Burger - I looked it up and it's not an expensive place, just normal DC burger prices. Not somewhere for a 4 figure dinner. Not very Easter-y either.
