Maybe because that's not historically accurate, but is instead a framing of history in a way which is inflammatory, biased, and simply incorrect. "Stole" implies legal ownership of something to start with, and the land in question was part of the British Mandate at the time Israel came into existence. Britain took possession after defeating the Ottomans in WWII. Palestinians never "owned" the land, although some of them lived on it along with Jews, Lebanese, Syrians, and others.

School boards and trustees here in the H.S. have been intimidated by loud mouthed, radical, extremist Zionists from inside their community and beyond to ensure that they actively oppose any curriculum that attempts to provide a historically accurate portrayal of Israel and the gross perversion of the Zionist movement by fascist Eastern Europeans.

Pretty much every major history public school textbook in school has been scrutinized by Jewish lobbies. Just as an example here in Virginia

Why don't you talk about the hostages in Israeli prisons. Thousands upon thousands including children and women. It's nice that they finally released Ahmad Manasra who was taken hostage at the age of 13 and released after being tortured 10 years later.
