I can change my op address to match pretty much any area in the us that I want it to display. I have no sympathy for the people who expect a majority of their work hours to be remote. |
| Every single Fannie and Freddie employee I know had 2nd jobs because there is absolutely no work at all. |
It was initially 10% and then more so 25% is total? |
FHFA is down by 25% so far and VERA/VSIP doesn’t close until May. |
The other waste is a lot of IT people officially never took a vacation day or sick day they let them build up. While fully remote and no accountability never put them in the system. Then while in India for instance where cant access Fannie Lap top would then take a month off. So in effect they are taking double vacation Other issue with no one tracking time everyone stopped putting in vacation days. They let you accrue up to six weeks vacation. With 8,000 employees Fannie now gives out a six week bonus to every employee leaving or laid off. Everyone has max vacation days in system. |
| There is/was so much waste and abuse at Fannie and Freddie. Extremely toxic too. Rampant favoritism, Lots of people had other side gigs. Big nexus between managers/directors and contracting company owners. People abusing remote work and going out of country. Those two companies need some cleanup. |
Shut up, you ancient old dinosaur, still hanging around, pretending to work while posting on DCUM all day like a pu55y, trying to keep up with your brother in law, wishing you could be back in the 80s partying in NYC and sexually harassing your secretary. What value do you add? You're just a faker trying to ride out another bullsh!t "exec" job contributing nothing. Whatever insight or expertise you ever had expired in the late 90s. |
You were an overemployed double dipper so why do you suddenly have a problem with this type of unethical activity? |
Yet they are getting $120k bonuses?!? Or did I misinterpret a PP’s comment |
Bonuses were from $70k and up. Yes they were tripple dipping! |
Fannie always had lousy reviews. Except there was a time 2018 or 2019 were as part of the annual review they would ask you to post to Glassdoor. And they knew who was who so they were all glowing Don’t believe them |
You could. But people didn’t actually do this, or move to Appalachia or whatever, at the scale that was promised by DOGE. Remember when DOGE and Trump said many feds were working 2-3 other jobs and getting paid and not working their fed job? They said they were going to publish a list of allllll the feds doing this. And, the list never came, of course, because feds are inherently timid rule followers who wouldn't dream of doing that. And then they said they were going to start targeting feds with high net worth. I mean, it's no one's business that I married a rich man, is it? But that list never came either, because most feds are middle class people living paycheck to paycheck and the ones with money generally have it through family and not by doing crime. |
I honestly can do multiple jobs easy. In my 8 years big four I often be in charge 3-4 clients at once with staff at multiple companies. I am trained to do it. In 1998-2006 I have 3-4 laptops and 5/6 employee badges as I bounce companies. And that was My next move I think I want to join Board of Fannie or Freddie or work on DOGE or something in current admin. I like to unleash my fury. I know where all the bodies are buried at Fannie and Freddie. Give me one week I could reinvent it. Or maybe be head FHFA or CFTC or SEC and set me loose. Forget the chainsaw I would bring a flame 🔥 thrower. I would love to ban the 30 year mortgage, shut down Fannie and Freddie, kill off PCAOB, FHFA, CFTC, CFPB, FINRA, NCUA on day one |
