Being TBI doesn’t warrant his behavior. I’m a little confused that a 100% disability allows for operating machinery with risk to the public and leaping between boats in the water. But maybe it’s because he can’t keep an office job because of mental volatility?

This guy is a complete maniac and everyone on the boat with him who drove him over to get on the kid's boat should be investigated too. What kind of adult man goes along with effectively jumping a teenager?

Yep. Boat/water safety is a matter of life & death, just like operating a motor vehicle. But we give those licenses to psychos too.

I watched the whole video and apparently earlier that morning, while it was still dark, the AH drove his boat at full speed under the bridge, where the kid and a different kid, on a different boat, were both fishing. He almost hit the other kid, who cursed at him. He came back hours later to scream at this kid about how important he is and how he doesn't have to watch out for other people on the water because he's out here all the time, and then to say it was their fault for having their lights off (the kid says his were on, the other kid who is gone now, maybe off?). Then he demands an apology, gets an apology, and still jumps on his boat to physically intimidate/attack him.

WTF was up with the other four men on the assailant's boat? They were quiet as mice and did nothing to control their friend. The entire situation is so weird and crazy with that group of men.
