Office fridge hog

Get a "biohazard" sack for your lunch and put it next to that worker's puffy lunchpail.

Oh RTO, what have you wrought…

The easy solution is to “accidentally” take the huge container out and leave it on the counter.

Note on the cooler telling them they are too big, and also explain how a cooler in the fridge will hamper the ability of the fridge to cool the food. It’s likely the food is just as warm as if at her desk!

We ended up posting fridge rules, like no coolers (because it’s dumb and honestly they are pretty dirty since get tossed on the floor and car mats etc and never washed), and a size guide for occupied space, and a warning that everything should be moved out by Friday — though we don’t have regularly cleanings, we wanted license to clean any given Friday afternoon when it got funky.

And you know it’s Feds because real professionals make real money and buy a real lunch, not brown bag.

I bring my healthy lunch every day. I don’t want to be fat.

No you do not become the landlord of the refrigerator just because you don’t like someone’s lunch bag. Not liking their bag is not a real problem. If the fridge has insufficient space for your own needs, then report it to the appropriate facilities/admin.

Like they’re doing to do anything? ha.

Bags/coolers do not belong in the fridge. They are unsanitary af. People place them on the floor of their dirty cars, on Metro seats, etc.

I would send out a quasi- aggresive note about this to everyone. IDGAF if it angers anyone. That is nasty and I wont stand for it. If I see a bag in the fridge I'll toss it on the counter hard. I hope something leaks.

Exactly. and they take up space. Not just the cooler but also takeout bags. take your dam salad out of the bag - don’t cram the entire bag in there.

+1.

Or hypertensive. Or diabetic. Or hyperglycemic. Or, as you said, simply fat.

I control what I eat not just for nutrtion and health but for preference. I don't want to eat lasagna and bread sticks for lunch. I'll bring a salad and half a sandwich. And I know exactly what I'm eating.

PP sounds like one of the fat ladies at work that is threatened by thin people eating well.

Ohhhhh, look, Sara raked her lawn again and brought it in for lunch! No real food, hun?

Just pointing out that all of this this makes you the nasty one in the situation.

Just pointing out that you think you can behave however you want in a shared space, other people's feelings (and health) be damned.

Sure, behave however you want. However, if you truly believe this is a health issue then you should not use communal amenities.

More selfish and narcissistic behavior. How surprising!

Yes, by all means, we should forfeit our use of communal amenities because self absorbed slobs like you can't behave like an adult.

You are exactly why I enjoy throwing the bag.
