Because lower income people only work those positions? Why can’t they hire teachers from the truck? I am a paraprofessional and my household income is more than the principal and assistant principal combined. Your comment was offensive.

If you did not have a high earning spouse and you and your spouse earned your income, what would your life look like?

This is a great idea. Not all paraprofessionals have higher earning spouses.

Get rid of the horrible computer system prices you have to go through just to apply.

You don’t need a bus just simplify.

The bus is for interview space and to give people a location to apply as not everyone has computers or may need help.
