We're just doing local things - prefer to travel in the summer when we have more time and flexibility (though seems like less and less as kids get older).

Weekend in Cambridge, MD. Spouse can't take the week off, so during the week I'll probably take the kids on day trips to museums in Baltimore and Harpers Ferry.

DP here. We’re not sending our DD south but you’d be shocked how popular these schools have become with DC area parents who care about their kid’s coolness. UGA, Auburn, Bama, Tennessee, Florida, Clemson and so on. The cool drinking kids all want them.

Same here, a couple days at the Eastern Shore and maybe a day trip. Springtime around here is lovely, so we usually don’t travel far for spring break.

Hi, actually nothing is far apart as the whole country is as big as the state of Massachusetts. We’re splitting our time between San Ignacio and Caye Caulker. Will take a day trip to Tikal, going to ATM cave, Mountain Pine Ridge Forest, Xunantunich from San Ignacio. Chiller schedule on Caye Caulker—just snorkeling and swimming, a flight over the Blue Hole.
