OP, have you medicated the AdHd? That can help a lot socially, especially if he has impulsive behaviors that are socially inappropriate.

Yes, but he reacted badly to all stimulants and Strattera. We are going to try Qelbree

You absolutely can do personal training with low tone.

For the low tone parent, yes you can and should do training. I would avoid combat sports like mma, though.
For the parent who's son is teased for lack of skills, 2 things-
1. Make sure he understands the difference between teasing (which is part of boy culture) and bullying
2. You can try a different team if it's bad, but if he sticks with it and puts in extra effort, he's going to have tremendous self esteem when he starts getting good and earns the respect of the other kids.
