Other than that, she only barks slightly once to be let out or if she needs water. Never on walks or anything like that. I would love to train her just to come get us when someone is at the door! I like that she’s our doorbell, but I don’t like that she barks at people at the door.
If her recall is solid, this is easy to train. Have a helper knock/ring the doorbell, then call your dog to you. Treat when she gets to you, and walk back with her to the door, where she should sit, quietly, while you greet your "guest". Repeat until it sticks.
Don't open the door if she's barking, don't let her stay at the door barking; she needs to come to you.
