I would bet that they send out the third week, during spring break. That way they won’t get constant phone calls.

I heard that the Specialty Lottery results would be released today. I seem to remember that they wanted to release both lottery results on the same day.

It's after 5pm EST. I'll try to be more patient.

I'm curious as to what the hold up was this year.
I wonder if it was lack of staff or if they messed up the process and had to start from scratch.

The results came in as I wrote the last post. My child is waitlisted. Crap!
