Do you mean anti-obnoxious dog owner? Because that's a big difference. Nobody's mad at the dogs. It's the crappy people who fail at being responsible for their animals that people are sick and tired of.

Love dogs! Hate the crappy dog owners! So tired of seeing poo EVERYWHERE! I honestly don't understand who these owners are that think it is OK to not pick up after your dog.
