Webb is another daddyball specialist. He doesn’t care about developing any players other than his sons. He is a decent coach, but your kid better already have the skills they need to compete. He isn’t worried about player development.

I mean, isn't that a VHSL rule?

My kids go to a neighboring HS in South Riding and what I have heard from multiple parents is he was fired for using school resources to run his private businesses (camps, etc). Also heard parents complaining that his twins were always around and would come to practices and practice like they were on the HS team.

I’m sure he was trying to run his private business, coach his nonschool teams at the school, he’s even the kind of guy that would try and make his high school practices all about his kids who are in elementary school, but optional off season conditioning isn’t a vhsl violation.

He should have been fired for all the stuff he was doing, but he claimed he resigned.
