According to this article, prosecutors are considering seeking the death penalty against Caro Quintero:

“Federal prosecutors are considering seeking the death penalty against Mexican drug lord Rafael Caro Quintero in a sprawling case that includes the 1985 killing of an agent of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.”

I think what happened to KiKi was horrible but this guy is 70. This isn’t a win. He lived out his life not fully being accountable and now he’s an old ass man.
