
Just wanted to second the idea of adding roasted red peppers...so yummy...just chickpeas, lemon, garlic, salt, pepper and those roasted red peppers. It's kind of refreshing too. You could also try spinach if your kid would eat it green. I agree with making sure it's not the chickpeas causing the problem either for allergies or the very high fiber content. I'll have to try that Trader Hoe's stuff. |

It's not bad, unless you're allergic to sesame seeds. Otherwise, it's oily but reasonably nutritious. |
