Some of y’all are definitely trolling.

We are spending 5k family of 3 to Europe this year

5k this year- 4 of us. But we got tix to a European city for under $1000 of taxes using Cc points. The apartment rental is $2k. The rest will be food and activities. It's going to be cheaper than our summer driving trip.

$5k for three of us, all inclusive in Caribbean. Flights were on points though.

Typically go somewhere in the Caribbean for 4-5 nights for family of four, and spend about $7k all in.

We just reserved this for $3k for 3 people. Guess it depends what trip you go on.

I can’t bring myself to pay Spring Break airfares or deal with spring break crowds. So maybe $500–$1000 for a couple of nights in Williamsburg or another driving trip.

Usually around $1-2k for a driving trip somewhere for a few days for our family of 5. We’ve gone to Philadelphia, Richmond and Lancaster. This year, we are going to NYC and the hotels are expensive so we plan to spend around $3,500.

Because of sports we’re going for a partial week of 4 days and picked something cheap for us. Used the United app to find the cheapest plane tickets and ended up in Louisville. All in will be less than $4k.

We are going to Blackberry Farms this year. I think the cottages are about $7k a night. My parents are paying.

About 25k this year for 5 of us to go to Peru for 10 days. We don’t always do something this big but our kids are older and we don’t have many years of full-family travel left. Last year we went to Greece for 2 weeks which was amazing but break is shorter this year. We typically take 2-4 big family trips per year not including visiting family in California 1-2 times. Travel is our biggest splurge.

Some of these budgets are crazy. I need to know more about where you are staying and what you are doing for $50-$70K.

We're a family of 6 and look to spend around $10K including airfares for spring break. Right now,

Family of 5 - definitely depends. I do YNAB and depending on where else I want to go that year we could go bigger or smaller for spring break.

$10-15k for a family of 4. We’ve done London, the Keys, Utah Parks, and Disney in this range.

Family of 3. Caribbean, Mexico, Costa Rica have been around $10-12k over the last few years. This year, Europe will be closer to $15k.
