When will national team ODP announcements be made?

That's just not true- the ODP schedule really doesn't conflict that much with ECNL. ODP is pretty accommodating. Plenty of ECNL players on the national rosters....

Everybody has a different path. If your kid is really good, ODP is a much easier path because in honesty, the competition is mid level soccer, even at regional. You can go watch the games and see for yourself. Step above town travel and associated with the state youth soccer. They market very well but absolutely nothing to do with US men’s or women’s soccer. Sure you’ll hear about the kid who made an MLS academy but very rare. High level players should focus elsewhere.

At least we play against 2 of the 2011 girls that made it. GK from penn fusion and CB from real futball. So one ECNL and 1 GA

ODP is really a joke. Just go watch the videos of the regional games. They are posted. Not high level soccer in the least. Sure this is great for the travel soccer kid to be identified but if you are already playing high level this is truly a money grab. Go watch the games.
