Let me guess, everyone has plastic decking because it's so durable? Sand turns that decking into microplastics.

Weird guess. don't know anyone with plastic decking. I have a concrete patio. Some neighbors have wood decks. We're not literally on the ocean either.

Dems lost the fight on this when they came after plastic straws instead of plastic water bottles.

Does anyone know if the plastic in quartz counters- like Silestone or Ceasarstone- can cause micro plastics to enter the human body, through food preparation or just touching the counters with hands.

Paper straws are awful but I don’t know why the president is wasting energy on this

Democrats shouldn’t have screwed it up and it wouldn’t require energy to fix it.

That's a law suit waiting to happen.

Yes, many do carry their own. It's helpful to use own, but you have to remember to wash them and take them along when you go out.

Because he is petty in chief and not what millions thought they voted for.

Just don’t use a straw. Done.

Using straws keeps your teeth cleaner and can reduce the incidence of cavities.

Why? I carry my own silicone straws in my purse all the time- is that illegal somehow?

This is just more hot air coming out of his mouth to make you overlook the fact he is raiding the country of money and ruining people's lives.

People will starve because USAID is not able to send food to them. Kansas farmers have grains rotting in their fields because the USAID can't buy the grain.

AIDS medicine won't be distributed. It's just sitting there without anyone to administer it because of him.

But let's talk about straws and pennies.

He is trolling and distracting.

There's nothing to fix. It's just dumb.
