Broadway Play NYC—Help me pick

I really want to see Suffs. I tried to convince my daughter when we went there last summer but she picked the Great Gatsby, which I also really enjoyed.

I believe Suffs has closed on Broadway but will be at the Hippodrome in Baltimore in late May. I really want to see it too.

If you go to the Kennedy center a lot I’d see I play where it’s better in a broadway theater - as in, the theater itself is important to the show. Something like Harry Potter, like Harry Potter or Moulin Rouge. You can see Six or &Juliet anywhere.
That said I was just there and wish I’d seen Smash.

Operation Mincemeat, hands down best musical

I saw Stranger Things in London. It was good, not great. Really liked Operation Mincemeat which is coming to NYC

Read a bit about Gypsy and if it seems like something you would like, I’d see that. Audra McDonald is amazing, rest of cast is great too and the show is just incredible. You could also do a double-header of that and Oh,Mary since Oh, Mary has a 5pm show that ends at 6:30. Just enough time to get pizza and head to Gypsy (or another musical)

I will say I was skeptical of &Juliet because of it being a jukebox musical. However this is an example of doing it right where they take fresh and funny takes on the songs and the result is absurdly fun.

The current US tour cast is absolutely amazing.

I really want to see it!
