This guy was messing around with the underlying code, as reported by Wired and TPM, of Treasury's payments system. We do not know what he was doing with that code. There's much bigger and more important issues with what he was doing than whether or not he is racist. That he is now disgruntled makes it even more dangerous.

The racist part is concerning b/c as someone said above, he had access to all of our information. How do you know he was not targeting certain people?

Not true. Based on how many Trump supporters (especially black ones that I know), they believed him when he said that he had nothing to do with Project 25 and voted for him.
