I wondered what those were like! I thought about gifting them to a college student or elderly who just can’t cook

So I’m thinking things like:

Pretty much all fruit and berries
Avocados
Grape tomatoes
Nuts
Baby carrots
Sweet peppers
Greek yogurt

What else?

If you are looking for healthy, this is a good list!
Add:
Dried fruit, cucumbers, edamame (buy the frozen ones ready to microwave), frozen peas (microwave). If no microwave, you can get roasted edamame.

Frozen chunks of mango, partially defrosted

Frozen cooked shrimp
