No cooking. Washing/cutting/peeling produce is acceptable.

So I’m thinking things like:

Pretty much all fruit and berries
Avocados
Grape tomatoes
Nuts
Baby carrots
Sweet peppers
Greek yogurt

What else?

Just posted this elsewhere today but I love the soupergirl kits at Costco. All super healthy and just need to be heated up. (Can be microwaved)

Cottage Cheese (and any cheese really)
Boiled Eggs
Raisins/Dried Fruit
Cucumbers
Hummus and other dips

SkinnyPop popcorn?

Isn't it easier to list non- prep food items?

The list is endless. Everything from bagels & cream cheese, eggs, cereal, frozen pizza to walking down any given aisle at a grocery store and looking around (pretzels, cheese & crackers, )

Bagged salad kits, bagged spinach
Hummus and Naan bread
Cut up rotisserie chicken pieces (use in salads, add to other dishes)
Bagged cut up brocoli and cauliflower florets
Packaged diced onions, celery, sliced peppers for cooking. I gladly pay more to save time and energy on this.
Chunks of fresh pineapple.

Is the microwave acceptable? Because that opens up baked potatoes (reg and sweet).

It’s not no-prep — more like one-time prep — but if you make a big pot of quinoa at the start of the week, for the whole week you’ll have the basis for a whole bunch of bowls and salads.

Also, get an egg dash, and you’ve got hard boiled eggs with one push of a button. (Maybe my favorite Amazon buy ever?)

Apple dipped in sunflower butter or tahini

Pita or pita chips dipped in labne

Pita bread (whole piece) with zaatar (mix olive oil + zaatar, spread it on the bread)

Salad with blue cheese crumbles and tortilla strips from salad aisle
