suits/business attire for young women?

Ann Taylor suits fit my petite daughter very well (they come in petite sizes so no alterations needed). We ordered 2 sizes in the jacket and pants to get the right fit. Versatile and cute! Looks both stylish and professional on her. She has worn for school presentations and job interviews. Also wears the pants/blazer separately.

+1 for petites!

I'm curious which college this is... what a good life/job preparation skill.

(Ann Taylor is for us Gen x moms, don’t do that to her)

One of my daughter’s favorite dresses from her internship (worn at 18) is an Ann Taylor. One piece, no zippers or buttons, fitted waist, never wrinkles, washable, almost like a light tee shirt material. Unique gathering at neckline and waist makes it modern.

Another vote for Ann Taylor (petites).

They also have their pants sizes in curvy and regular, which helps some. They might also have tall. My DD is not tall so we haven’t looked for that.

NO! Try Abercrombie

My DD got a couple of pantsuits at old navy. They have a good selection of petites (online only, unfortunately), and their stuff has a good percentage of natural fiber content and doesn't require drycleaning, which is good for a kid living in a dorm.

Most of them do this. Even my teen’s high school does this.

Went suit shopping with my college age niece last week, and she chose this jacket with coordinating pants: https://factory.jcrew.com/p/womens/categories/clothing/blazers/cotton-blend-two-button-blazer/BP095?display=standard&fit=Classic&color_name=black&colorProductCode=BP095

Didn't know they did that. My wife got her DDs from a great surgeon in L.A.
