Hi,
My DD is giving a presentation and was told to wear business attire. Photos from prior years show most students wearing suits. Where have you had success shopping for young women? |
| Ann Taylor |
| Abercrombie, Banana, Aritzia |
| Abercrombie! |
| Ann Taylor, J Crew, banana republic. Don’t overthink it. It’s just a suit. She should know her measurements and use the size chart to order, if not in person. Use hard numbers, not what size she usually wears. We buy so few clothes without stretch these days, and sizing is all over the place. But size charts are reliable. The size chart will also help you anticipate tailoring, if needed, like if to get to her bust size she’s wildly off the waist measurement, etc. |

| There are tons of AT suits at the thrift store I go to. Might be worth checking out if this is a one-time thing. Seems like everyone including me got rid off almost all their business formal clothes during Covid. |
| Some Universities have a Shared Wardrobe in the career center. |

This. We bought a couple of jackets last year when my daughter was a senior. We also found a great one at Madewell. |
