Yes. Talk with your child, write down for your own record exactly what they tell you the teacher is saying. Then talk with the teacher: "I was concerned that my child said they you said x, y, and z, but I know they might have misunderstood or not remembered correctly, so I wanted to check to see if that was an accurate description of what you said." Then talk to the principal if the response is unsatisfactory. |
Agree. Make sure you are clear that the kid may have misinterpreted things and if your kid did maybe others were confused as well. |
