I love this sandwich bread recipe and it's very customizable.

Fun, thank you! |

King Arthur flour’s website has several good sandwich bread recipes.
I love Indian street style cheese toasties. Most of the time I make them with leftover veg dishes like aloo gobhi, etc. Spread green chutney on the slices if you have it, else just use the veggie, cheddar cheese, some thinly sliced red onion (I prefer pickled), pickled jalapeños.. whatever floats your boat. Griddle in butter on both sides until golden. |
| Some of these look so good! I can't wait to pack my lunch! |

I love a good sandwich. Favorites:
Happy herbivore’s eggless salad using vegan mayo (must use black salt it’s actually pink but such a game changer) : https://happyherbivore.com/recipe/eggless-salad/amp/ “tuna” salad - so good. My kids love this: https://www.forksoverknives.com/recipes/vegan-burgers-wraps/vegan-no-tuna-salad-sandwich/ Knockoff of Trader Joe’s rainbow wrap- hummus, sliced beets, shredded carrots, shredded red cabbage (or green), spinach, sliced sweet potato Nottingham spread: not eating ham : https://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/recipes/nottingham-wrap Weird but delicious - avocado, sauerkraut, with smoked paprika sprinkles (so good with pumpernickel or rye but good with any bread) I also like Tofurky slices (they have all sorts of flavors) with vegan mayo and lettuce and tomato or mustard for the “ham” Greek hoagie: cucumbers, tomatoes, romaine, chickpeas or fava beans or gigante beans, bell peppers, feta, Italian or Greek dressing |
This is good stuff -- I started making chickpea "tuna salad" after falling in love with it at Busboys & Poets. |
| I’ve been housing sliced pickles, mango chutney, onion, and cheese sandwiches. |
| Boiled eggs, lettuce, tomato, mayo, cucumber. |

Roasted slices of eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash and red onions. Hummus, fresh basil leaves and glaze.
Vegetarian bahn mi. Picked carrots, daikon, sliced cucumbers, slices of jalapenos and Thai basil, mint and cilantro. You can also add fried tofu slices.. Very yummy. Be careful if you use fish sauce. It will stink real bad but equally delicious. |
| Oops, skip the fish sauce. Forgot it was vegetarian. |
This sounds good. I’m going to try it |
This is my go to except no lettuce. Use kewpie mayo! |
