This individual is a despicable person. She literally has gone to schools to question teachers about their private sex lives. She was horribly dishonest when testifying to the County Council. She uses bullying tactics to instill fear, for example what she did to Khalid Walker. Everything she oversees in Mcps is a hot dumpster fire.

There’s not one positive impact she’s had on students, staff or community members that has occurred under her leadership.

She also doesn’t pay her rent, according to MD case search, and is racist and incompetent, according to the many people who have to work with OHRD to accomplish their jobs.

She will not be missed by this community, but she’ll probably grift along finding other people to swindle.

If she stays, what does that say about Taylor?

McKnight hired her in 2023 from Clark County NV public schools where she was deputy chief of HR.

How can this be if she moved to MD in 2023? The info on Case Search pre-dates her move to MD. Do your research before making false accusations. Don't know if I can believe everything else you've said based on this alone.

What do you put on a resume if when you worked at mcps you pulled 70- 80 hrs work weeks but fudged you time sheets to say 40, you tried to work in the violent unsupportive environment, then after doing admin inflation dance they non renewed as well as lied to dllr and said you resigned. Does it still count as a resignation?

Whatever you say April. We know you get exhausted terrorizing our MCPS workers, so I wanted to remind you that the first of the month is coming up soon, so maybe put it in your calendar this time.

I’ve applied for 6 and heard absolutely nothing, not even the standard form rejection email they send to everyone once the position has been filled. At this point in the year, many schools are holding off on hiring replacement teachers and are hiring long-term subs to finish out the year. Hiring season opens up in March, so anyone wanting to transfer will be looking at that point, and they'll get first dibs on unfilled positions. Even as a former employee, you will have to take a back seat to current employees.
