[/quote] At this point in the year, many schools are holding off on hiring replacement teachers and are hiring long-term subs to finish out the year. Hiring season opens up in March, so anyone wanting to transfer will be looking at that point, and they'll get first dibs on unfilled positions. Even as a former employee, you will have to take a back seat to current employees. [/quote]
