Yasso bars are great and have some protein too. They’re just so expensive though for the box of 4 but it does the trick if you’re craving ice cream. Or just have some ice cream!

Same except it’s not ice cream- just anything sweet. The holidays and extra snow days off really got me off track with the sweets.

get some skinny cow vanilla and chocolate ice cream sandwiches. they are about 160-180 calories per sandwich--and i find them delicious and more than satisfying when i crave ice cream. |
