A bit old school but lithium with the Latuda and non ER Ritalin?

I don’t have an answer but want to say you’re not alone. Our experience sounds just like yours. DS has anxiety and ADHD and has tried pretty much all the drugs you mention with the same side effects. He recently started Zoloft, which seems to be helping with anxiety. The hope is that he’ll tolerate one of the ADHD drugs now that Zoloft has the anxiety under control, but that remains TBD.

OP here. We had psych appointment yesterday. Given his hugely negative reaction to Vyvanse, Dr didn't want to try anything in the same family, so no Adderall, etc. We're re-trying one of the methylphenidate meds that caused anxiety a few years ago, with the hope that now that the anxiety is better controlled, he can tolerate it.
