This sounds so nice. What did you do?

Not much. Slept in. Sat by the pool. Window shopped. Walked a lot! Ate good food. In Savannah there is an ice cream shop called Leopold’s that is quite good. Went there several times. In the historic district, there are beautiful old parks every few blocks and it was fun to just walk for a while and then take a break and soak in the sun. In Charleston, I did a horse drawn carriage tour that was nice. Also a lot of walking and enjoying the sunshine. I don’t need much to be happy. I live in Boston so I like to find an early spring.

I would also add to avoid St. Patrick’s Day if you go. I have heard it is huge there and like Mardi Gras.

Jamaica. Direct flight from here to Montego Bay. Younger men available to be your companions at the beach.

DP. I always recommend that people read Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil before going to Savannah. It really adds to the enjoyment of seeing the town and its unique culture and history, IMO.
